No. The advice is purely there to help you – you do not have to buy anything.

Can I see you in person to discuss nappies?

If you are in the Oxfordshire area, then I am happy to meet you to demonstrate our range of products.

Can I give gifts using Bumfluff Babies?

Sure. If you’d like, we’ll ship your gift directly to the recipient. During the ordering process, simply select the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address. We also offer a gift wrapping service, please Contact Us for details.

What type of payments do you accept?

Bumfluff accepts Paypal and card payments made via Paypal. NB: You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by card via Paypal. We also accept cheques (please allow an extra 8 working days for funds to clear) and electronic bank transfer. To pay for an order by electronic bank transfer please email your order Contact Us and we will let you know the bank details to transfer the funds to.

Are you able to accept telephone orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders over the telephone. We can only accept orders sent through our web site’s secure online order process and via the Contact Us tab.
