HOW TO ORDER

- When you see an item you want to buy, click the Add to Basket button. This places the item in your shopping basket.
- You may continue shopping after placing an item in your basket. To return to your basket at any time, click on the Items link located in the top right of your screen next to the basket icon.
- After placing all the items you wish to buy in your shopping basket, click on the Items link or Checkout button, followed by the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Before you can proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to log in (if you are an existing customer) or Create An Account(if you are a new customer). You can also checkout as a guest, which means you can place an order without creating an account with us.
- You will then be asked to select a delivery address.
- You will then be asked to choose a delivery option.
- You will then be asked to specify your payment method and to submit your payment details.
- If you are happy with your order then click the Place Order button at the bottom of the page.
- After you click on Place Order a page will appear that confirms your order. You will also receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- The Bumfluff catalogue is updated regularly and most of the items you see on our web site are in stock and ready to ship at the time of the order. Should an item become out of stock, it will usually be indicated as ‘Out of Stock’. Occassionally an item may be out of stock but not marked as such on the website. In such a case we will contact you as soon as possible after your order to offer either an alternative or a refund.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bumfluff accepts Paypal and also card payments made via Paypal. NB, You do not need a Paypal account to pay by card via Paypal.
We also accept payment by cheque and electronic bank transfer. To pay be bank transfer, please place your order by clicking on Contact Us and entering the full details of your order and the delivery address. You will be contacted with details of how to make payment. Please note that we cannot dispatch your order until we receive cleared funds so please allow an extra 8 working days for delivery if paying by cheque.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 48 hours of receipt. Order processing begins at the time you receive your order confirmation email (usually a few seconds after the order is submitted).
You will not receive an email when your order is dispatched unless it is a large order that is being shipped by courier, in which case we will contact you with the tracking details.
RETURNS POLICY
All products sold by Bumfluff Nappies are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition (unless customer has been informed otherwise) and inspected by our careful quality control.
All products are protected by a 7 Day Money-back Guarantee which, in accordance with the distance selling regulations, guarantees a full refund or product exchange if the item is returned in unused/unopened condition, within 7 days of receiving the order.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery excluded) will be credited when Bumfluff has received and processed your return. This will typically be 7-10 business days after the item was delivered back to us.
REFUND DETAILS
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original box (if applicable) and with all paperwork to insure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or the box. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
Free gifts received with a purchase must also be returned for the item to be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must e-mail info@bumfluffbabies.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and contact telephone number. Bumfluff will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please note, Bumfluff cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper authorisation. Return Authorisation must be obtained by following the steps below.
- Make sure you have read our Return Policy above.
- Email info@bumfluffbabies.com, quoting your order number and your intention to return the item.
- Bumfluff will email you with instructions on returning the item usually within 48 hours.
- Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email.
- Please ensure that you repack the product in its original packaging materials, including paperwork. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.
- Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer but will be refunded if the product is faulty. In case of product exchange, Bumfluff will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
- If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your account. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Forgotten Your Password?
No problem, go to our Forgotten Password page and enter your email address then click on Submit.
Your new password will be sent to your e-mail account in matter of seconds. For added security, please ensure that you change your new password by clicking Account Dashboard on your My Account home page.
Order Status and History
It’s easy to manage your orders through your BumFluff account. You can check your open orders and any previous orders you have placed with us. Simply click My Account on top of this page and select My Orders to access your order status and history.
Update Your Account Settings
It’s easy to update your account settings, at any time. Simply click My Account on top of this page, followed by Account Dashboard.
To update your E-mail, Password or Account Preferences: simply click on My Settings within your account main page.
To update your Billing and Shipping addresses: simply click on Manage Addresses within your account main page.
Manage Your Address Book
It’s easy to manage your Address Book through your Bumfluff account. The Address Book feature has been created to store your frequently used shipping addresses. Read below for more details. Simply click My Account on top of this page to access your account.
Simply click on Address Book within your account to update, delete or add new shipping address to your address book.
